A graduate of both the Yale School of Drama and Northwestern University and a veteran director and teacher, I’m an expert in all kinds of performance. And as a management consultant and senior administrator in both the for-profit and non-profit worlds, I also know my way around the corporate sector. This confluence of skills led to CZ Coaching, where I offer the best of the actor and director’s toolbox to the business sector.

With technique that is both accessible and rigorous, I train a wide range of professionals, from entry level to the C Suite, including entrepreneurs, novelists, corporate managers, and teachers, building each individual’s self-awareness, self-confidence, and ability to deliver results.
